{Chrysler 300} J survey power windows

This is for J owners.

I came across two Js.

On both of these cars, the power windows work

only when the key is on (or on accessory).

One was built 04/12/63 and

one was built 04/17/63. I'm wondering if this oddity

has anything to do with build date.

The Survey Question:

Do the power windows on your J work only with the key

and what is your build date?
