{Chrysler 300} 300H red coupe at auction in Nebraska - New VIN?

Hey H fans, here is a VanderBrink auction out in Hebron, NE on August 9th with a red 300H coupe, VIN listed as 8423207424.  According to the H VIN list just published in the February News-Flite the car is NOT known to the club.  Perhaps Mark or Bob could check the VIN and verify it is a legitimate H.  Anyone know the car?  Exterior photos suggest the car is in very nice shape, has factory A/C and Auto-Pilot, rear power antenna, no interior photos but through windows it can be seen that upholstery is redone incorrectly in gray, has H console, 7 button radio.  Not mine, I know nothing about the car, this is just fyi.  See here:
