The  Hagerty Price Guide values for a 300F coupe without factory AC are: 

Condition #4  $29,100

ConditIon #3  $48,100

Condition #2  $85,100

Concours #1  $104,000

Basically this is priced at 3.5 ($38,850). Seems pretty  fair if the ad is accurate with no big issues lurking.
