Anyone know what is the correct position on how to connect the Inter-Connecting Rod in between the Carburetors?--I ask, as I have seen the Slotted End positioned on both the Front Carb and / or the Rear Carb.The shop manual contradicts itself in that….
Page 14-36 - Section (i):Reads like this….Install the inter-connecting rod with the slotted end connected at the lower hole in the throttle lever of the front carburetor, and the other end connected at the top hole of the rear carburetor throttle lever.
Page 14-44:Pictures shows it connected the opposite way as above.
Thanks for any resolve to the mystery.
