{Chrysler 300} Air Tank

The air tank mystery is solved.  This weekend the air line was traced through the passenger compartment to an air horn in the engine compartment.  It did not blow with the steering wheel horn ring.

I guess a previous owner had installed this.  I'll look for the "magic activation button" and remove it along with the horn and air tank.
