Those are actually one off machined taillights and lenses by Zrod and Custom in Indiana.  They definitely feature forward look styling mixed with 56 Chevrolet.  Got a close up look at the pair on a 56 hardtop they did for the Grand National Roadster at the first of February and then I see they made this set for a 56 convertible that won the Ridler award at the Detroit Autorama yesterday.  Very artistic car parts.  I have included a close up of the same taillight used on the hardtop that I saw in person.  Zach at Zrods is a Mopar guy at heart and it shows in his designs.
