{Chrysler 300} Re: Non-AC Heater Switch - 62 Chrysler

Liisa, please   pass on reply to Greg:
Re: Wiper switch 60-62 , maybe more .
. "yes we have a kit to put  a new bulletproof V3 microswitch on the back , also a  correct fiber glass rod ( you cannot use a metal rod -it shorts out )and a new push  button for  wash-too!
new button machined from black Delrin
See the listings, V3 switch kit and button fix , might be one kit , do not have that info in front of me ; Liisa can help you with order

PS Bob many in club do not seem to be aware of this. Can use it to change F  to electric pump wash , use modified Trico  pulse  can ( add outlet ) for looks , store the fluid, with a pump mounted under it . The button is often missing or has a broken off shaft , stuck in the sharp metal clip inside  it. Clip bites into stock shaft . I put back together  together with WS cement,
You can get it off if you ever need to  Cannot take this out of dash  without  breaking inner shaft in button in my experience

Lisa,
Hello was reaching out to see if you guys have repair kit for the wiper was he fluid switch.
I pulled and cleans up my wiper switch but noticed the washer fluid switch feels dry like it needs to be cleaned and greased inside. Do you guys sell new ones or repair these or have repaired kits?
Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg,

Nice chatting with you earlier.

One of my guys looked through our *pile* of lonely parts and - we do have a few of the plastic buttons.

Go ahead and order the heater switch re-build service here (you will need to select how many nipples to replace) and send the switch to us at:

Forward Look Parts

ATTN:  Liisa Marino

We will see if we can fix your switch.  If we cannot, we have one fully rebuilt, non-AC switch in stock, and we can send that to you instead.  If we replace the switch entirely, there may be an additional cost (the difference between your repair charge and the rebuilt switch cost).  If necessary, we can invoice you for that difference at that time.

The fully rebuilt switch from us is $200 and the repair cost is a sliding scale ($160-$190) based on the number of nipples we replace ($10 per nipple).  The buttons are free for you.  If we can get your switch back together and working - even better!

Please reach out if you have any questions.
Thanks for your business!

Liisa
