{Chrysler 300} Bartlesville Meet room reservation deadline approaching

Hello 300’ly to all!
Decision time is approaching! Will it be YES we are going to the Bartlesville Meet? If so the cut off date for room reservation at a Fabulously inexpensive rate is September 1st. I have been thinking over the past few days of when I was 5 listening to Dinah Shore singing “See the USA in your Chevrolet”! That was 1958.  However as members of the Chrysler 300 Club International you get to see it in your Chrysler Letter Cars, etc. by attending Meets! As I write this Marnie and I are on our summer sojourn to the Northeast to visit our respective families. ONE of them is past 300 Meet sites! We stayed 2 nights in Hershey. PA and just finished a few nights at Geneva on the Lake, NY! Places we discovered by attending 300 Meets! We have hosted Meets from upstate NY to Southern, CA and in between in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. Now Bartlesville, OK. Fond memories abound. Why you ask? Because WE are family. Meets are family reunions. Call me a melancholy soul, but reunions are never the same because of the circle of life. So my point is ATTEND as many 300 meets as you can! Your family will always enjoy your contribution to memories which is what we have at the close of the circle. John Hertog said it perfectly in the first Chrysler 3OO DVD made in 2005: “We as a club can have a meet without anyone bringing a car and have as much enjoyment!”  So voter YES for Bartlesville!
