Many 300s have already been in 1/25th scale plastic form, JoHan models of Michigan. I'd vote for any 300 that hasn't already been available in some model form. I still vote for the Hurst. When the Hurst run might be over, simply change the dies into a standard ' 70 300, then a ' 69 300, ' 71 300, Newports, ' 70 Newport Cordobas, New Yorkers, Imperials, and of course convertibles, where applicable. I think the fuselage body style has REALLY been overlooked by all of the model car companies. I know I would buy any and every version that would come out. (Next e-mail will cover all the ' 69 to ' 73 Dodge and Plymouth C-bodies I'd like to see come out in model form. Just kidding!) Seen this done to a number of 55s in recent years. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brian Hagen" <brian.hagen@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, January 12, 2002 4:34 PM Subject: [Chrysler300] 55 Chrysler in "race colors" on ebay > http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=60041053 8 > > I think its pretty dang neat! > > > > > > > To send a message to this group, send an email to: > Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > > For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm > > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: > Chrysler300-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > > > > Your use of Yahoo! They said if you put one to two teaspoons of Baking Soda a year in your radiator it will neutralize all acids and help keep your cooling system from corrosion. I have been doing it at every 6 months for years, and I have been very pleased how clean my systems have been. You guys might try it.....Gary Barker Wayne Graefen wrote: > My guess would be the problem is a leak in the heat exchanger in the bottom > of the radiator. I believe they are rather rare, as obviously there would have been only one per dealership. Despite being on a friendly basis with every major automotive literature dealer in the country, it still took me more than ten years to find one of these for myself. They do show up on eBay once in a blue moon, where they can fetch upwards of $300.00, but of course it depends upon condition. Barrie" <lmbarrie@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: an interesting find We have an interesting discovery â an original dealer sales kit was found behind the trunk. It is a hard shelled gray cardboard box that velcros in the middle as the sides open and pivot outwards. Inside are flip charts that are spiral bound and have the 1960 product line specifications along with options, color samples which are arranged so that you can see two-tone combinations. We have never seen one before and are very excited! Anyone have an idea how rare it is? >> ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ Message: 7 Date: Sat, 12 Jan 2002 20:37:10 -0800 From: Bob Jasinski <rpjasin@xxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: '61 Dealer Album Anybody out there have a '61 Dealer album? (I've already remove the valve body from trans. so itsn't a difficult job !). But, even i succeed in loosen the clutch pack i'm not sure that it is in good conditions ! Someone told me to add to the trans. diesel oil (don't know if it's the correct word, in France the word is "gas-oil" and it's the fuel of diesel engine): 3 or 4 quarts (or more) to complete with oil transmission. This mixture could perhaps clean the trans. but i'm not sure of the results on all bushings which 'll not be well lubricate.. I think i'm ready to a trans. overhaul !! And order a kit from Fastco.
