Over 20 years ago, I had problems with the thermoquad on my '76 NYer
running
rich. I replaced the composition floats with metal ones and have not had
a
problem since.

I have one rechromed and one n.o.s.56 chry horn ring. I would like to
trade
one of my horn rings for a 55, or 56 chry. steering wheel, any color but
has
to be deluxe. I also have a 57C complete front bumper, drive shaft,
radiator,
power st. pump, lots of small parts for 55 to 58 chryslers.

                                                    E-mail me.
To John Roth,
I have a parts electric antenna from a 60 or so chrysler.

The speedo cable locked up and broke the end off the pinion gear. Not
having much luck with my "usual" sources. It is a 7/8" dia gray 21 tooth,

although a green 20 tooth will get me by. I can pretty much figure out
how
fast I'm traveling by the tach, but figuring when to refuel can get a bit
tricky.

Thanks in advance,
Karl

Subject: '65 300 balljoints / shocks

Hello everyone, I'm finding it's usually easier to run my questions by
this
group before spending too much time researching myself so here are the
questions of the week.

I'm in need of a left and right lower ball joint for a '65 300. I live in
Vancouver, B.C. and the local parts suppliers claim they are unavailable
from MOOG which seems to be the major aftermarket manufacturer. Anyone
have
any to spare or know of a source that can help me?

Next question is regarding shocks. I'm replacing the hydraulic shocks with

gas for obvious reasons but I would like to know what brand of shocks were

originally used on a '65 300? I ask what brand so I can figure out what
color I should paint the new shocks. Anyone know?

Not sure if I asked the group this question before. Anyone know of a
source
for the black vinyl roof for a '65 300? Any grains available that are even

close? Looks like I might just have to paint the top body color for now if

nothing is available.

Thankyou, Ryan Hill

Hi All;
While searching for some other stuff, I came across a goodie:
Popular Hot Rodding issue #1 1962 which features Andy Granatelli's 1962 H
"World's Fastest Passenger Car". The H is equipped with 2 Paxton
Superchargers! Nice 4 page article. Any H owners like to have this?
I have no idea what it's worth, e-mail me if interested.

Howdy y'all,

Anyone happen to have a pic on file or a digital camera and an "as mint"
300C hubcap that can help out this fellow. I can't go down to the barn
with my bad leg and do this, or you know I would. He asks for "beat up"
but I know y'all can do much better than that!

Please reply to all and then I can have the pic on file too, or his email
is dspedalcars@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks guys,
Wayne

Wayne,
Do you happen to have a good clear picture or an old spare beat up
1957 300 C Hub Cap that I could borrow to use as an example to use so I
can properly restore these hubcaps?
Any help with this part of the project will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

This sounds like a great club project! How about we re-create the
Granatelli
F while we're at it! They wouldn't have to be real, but they sure would
look great on display at major shows around the country.
