Hi Dave, Answer is no for 1960, and yes for 1965. If originality is not an issue, an electric release from a later Chrysler ( all the way up to 1980's ) will attach to the trunk latch of the '65 and work perfectly, one wire hookup to electric pushbutton you can locate under dash. The 65's with vacuum release had the release button in the glovebox.
