[Chrysler300] 300C/D mufflers

Hi Group,

I have put Flowmasters on a couple of cars, the latest being a '70 300 with
TTI 2.5" exhaust system. It is my experience that the further behind (or
out to the side on a station wagon) the exhaust pipes protrude, the less
inside the car drone there is. By making sure the forward part of the
turndown of the exhaust pipe exit was past the rear of the bumper, I ended
up with a late 60's type muscle car sound with little or no reverberation
inside the car. Very liveable form inside and outside the car. Just my 2
cents worth.
