[Chrysler300] 300K inner fenders

PLEASE HELP...............      my K needs a part.
hi, its tim again. after a long time at the body shop, they put the wrong 
inner fenders on the car. these do not have the access plate around teh top of 
the control arm, the splash shield i guess, to access the spark plugs. In any 
order, i am in need , desperatly, of the driver and passenger inner fenders. ( 
and the metal plate, shield, i guess i can call it that goes on the said 
fenders. 
They wish to overnight them, they pay all cost of course. So please, I want 
my car back, and they need these parts to do so. come on, summer is almost 
over, kinda sorta.  Yes, it is a Ram car.
