The 361 is an "LB" also known as low block engine and the 413 is an "RB" or raised block engine. Altho the heads will interchange, the intake manifolds won't. The RB engine is a longer stroke engine and the heads fit further out on the V, which means the intake manifold is wider than on LB engines. Except for a few RB 383 engines built in 1960 and 1961. all 361 and 383 engines are LB and should fit your 361. Just check engine width with a tape measure to be sure that the manifold is correct width.

I'd also like to find a 2x4 manifold to fit a '61/'62 361 c.i. motor. Not
sure if the 413 inline from '62 would interchange??
