[Chrysler300] strange 300G taillight problem/ '64 300 parts

Haven't driven the G since Friday nite. Was out in
the garage at 9 AM today and didn't notice anything
strange. Went back out at 11 AM and the stop/turn
filament was on in both taillights. Even though I
hadn't done more than brush up against the car in
between, my first thought was the hydraulic stoplite
switch, so I applied the brake pedal and the lights
just went on brighter, as the turn signals do, too.
Running lites appear to function as normal. Battery
is "up." Before Friday, the car sat for several weeks
with the battery connected (bad, I know) and still
started fine. Any suggestions?

P.S. Saw a mostly complete red 2 dr. '64 300 sport
interior at a swap yesterday, incl door panels and
armrests for $50. Also air cleaner and driveshaft.
