I think I'd check the motor mounts and tranny mount before doing anything
else. They can be separated and not obvious until you push on them.

And, while you are checking the mounts, suggest you also check the u-joints
front and rear real close. Best day for you would be if  the vibratiuon is
function of bad mounts and bad u-joints.
