The Viking Motel for the Fall Meet is now 94.1% spoken for.  There are four 
rooms left, each with a queen bed, one of which is a non-smoking room.  For the 
Thursday drive around the Lake, we will stop for wine and sandwiches at the 
Lake front megabuck spread of a good  friend of motorsport and hear Martin 
Swig, 300 owner and genius behind the California Mille and several other 
motorsport icons, tell of Chrysler's earlier racing successes going back to the 20's.  
Martin is well known to David E Davis, Bob Lutz, and El Presidente, George.  
His wit and storytelling skills are legend.  Thinking perhaps of a Basque 
Dinner and visit to Virgina City after junkyarding and touring on Friday.  All 
told, this will be a week that you can ignore at your own peril.  Lefty, the 300 
Meet Guy.
