[Chrysler300] CV Boots and Axle Ratios

One revolution equals one revolution, yes.  One revolution of a wheel,  
however, requires the drive shaft to revolve as many times as the reduction of  
your rear axle gears require to achieve.
 
So, if your car has (for instance) a 4.11 rear end ratio, the drive shaft  
(and the universal boot) to turn 4.11 times as fast as the wheel.  Thus the  
centrifugal force is that much more on the boot.
 
I don't know what the tolerances are on the rubber.  They might  work just 
fine, and maybe not.
