The Viking is stuffed full of 300 folks....there is NO (more) ROOM AT THE INN 
 for the August meet.  Isn't that timely news for the season? 

The backup motel is very close to the Viking so your commute will be 40 car 
lengths.  It is the Avalon Lodge.  The rooms are somewhat more expensive but 
are commensatorily nicer.  You must call JILL at 800 659 4185 to reserve your 
room at our special Club price of $85 for queen, $90  for two queens or $100 for 
 rooms with a spa inside.  This news will be sent to our editor for the next 
publication but you might want to call sooner as there are but 15 rooms in the 
motel.  Talk ONLY to Jill, the owner.  This is going to be one SWELL event 
and it is yours to reject as everybody that is anybody is going to be at Lake 
Tahoe in the Fall including our New Zealand and Australian divisions.  Any other 
countries checked in yet?
