Two claims with JC Taylor in 18 years....both windshields, both times they  
sent me a check within a week of receiving my bill (both over $1000) without 
any  fuss or having to send out an adjuster.  So far so good.  Is this the  week 
you call the Avalon in South Lake Tahoe for a reservation for the Fall  Meet? 
 Humm?
