What is it?

I have seen an ad over the last few months in Hemmings and others for a 300F
Convertible (it looks like it's hot pink) from Automaniacs in TX. Upon
inquiring about this car, it was revealed
that the numbers indicate an 842 (hardtop) versus an 845 (convertible). Is
anyone aware of this car and what has been done to it, and how this might
have been done? Just curious.....
