paint finish

Dave Schwandt?s letter brought to mind an interesting dilemma when it comes
to refinishing my 300F. I want to refinish the car correctly to the highest
standard. Should I allow the ?orange peel? to remain? Should I clear coat?
What is the best method that will not cause penalties at show events?
