I contacted Plasti-kote and here is the response:

Thank you for taking the time to contact Plasti-Kote.
The Metallics products, can be found at stores such as Wal*Mart, Garden
Ridge Pottery, Michael's Arts and Crafts, and Hobby Lobby stores. They have
been repackaged and have a new part number. The new number is 19100.
Alternatively, you can order all of your product choices through our
distributor, Rob Scott Enterprises by telephoning 1-800-221-6545 and asking
for either Phil or Lorraine.
If in the future, you have other questions or concerns, please contact us
again.
