Hi to all, I finally decided to do something about my looseness in the steering wheel and consulted my service manual for F and G. Piece of cake, it's only to loosen the lock nut for the adjusting screw, tighten until the backlash disappears and 11/4 additional turns. Turn the shaft 180 degrees in each direction, start the engine loosening the adjusting screw until backlash is evident and retighten + 1/2 turn. Great however I can't just simply get my hands belonging too 61/2 feet man in their, should I also try to fit the required tools I have to convince some one else in the household to assist, but having trouble find any volunteers especially with the Brute on idle!!! Any ideas or suggestions?
