Re: [Chrysler300] Oil Slinger?

They usually go on, wih the dished side to the front. Its purpose is to shield the front cover oil seal from being drowned in oil, causing it to leak. A slinger from any big block (361-440) should work there, if you can find another old engine to rob.

Behind the timing cover, sitting on the end of the crankshaft is an
aluminum piece that I'm looking for. I think it's an oil slinger?
Does anyone have one to sell me and can anyone tell me how it goes on &
what it does?

Thanks,
