61 300-G instrument paint

Hi.
Does anyone now what color paint can be used to detail the speedometer and 
gauge needles on a 300-G.I also need the following part its a steering 
jacket support bracket clamp that holds the steering column jacket to the 
dash its made out of pot metal and i need this piece thanks tom.
