300-G engine problem

Hi Everyone.
The engine in my 300-G is not running on all cylinders i tuned it up like 
cap,rotor.points,cond.and plugs it ran fine with full power then it started 
to run a little rough and the engine shakes a little you can hear the miss 
in the engine could it be the plug wires causing the problem cause they are 
old and i didnt change them cause its a little hard to get to some and to 
run them through with new ones cause i think a stuck valve would make the 
engine shake a lot and it doesnt thank you for any help tom.Also will it 
hurt the engine to run it like this for a day or two i am witing for my plug 
wires from napa.
