David: There's a lot you could do. If you want to keep it looking original, you should be able to pick up 50 hp or so by installing a modern cam, porting the heads and a good valve job with larger valves. But I would suggest that unless the motor was recently rebuilt, that you rebuild it at the same time. You want to make sure it can handle the extra power without disintegrating. So, I thought I'd go the experts. What I'd like to accomplish(I think) is increase the horse power from 250 to around 350 if that is possible and get some more midrange torque at the same time. The engine as it sits is a standard 250 HP out of a 55 Imperial. Any suggestions on an easy way to do this? > > Zak > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > > > To send a message to this group, send an email to: > Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > > For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm > > To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: > Chrysler300-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > > > > Your use of Yahoo!
