[Chrysler300] Dry air filters-1955 C300

The great information flow on air filters for later 300's prompts me to
ask if there a workable and effective conversion from the oil-bath air
cleaners to dry type on my 1955 C-300? I would not want to butcher my
delta wing system components, but if there is a slick and easy retrofit,
I'd like to know about it.

Thanks in advance.
