Wow what a find. I wish I had that car in my garage. Engine number is on the right front of the block on a flat area if it is a 413 which I'm sure it is. By chance if it is a 383 the number will be just next to where the dist. goes in the block. As far as the hub caps Chrysler Corp. only had hubcaps in that style, but the center emblem is different. They were used on some models of the 1956 Dodge, and a Dealer Option on 55-56 Chryslers. I have a set on my 55 Chrysler. As for the H option I will leave that to more experienced members.
