Club, Recently I was asked by someone who knew that I have spoken 'Mopar' for years: "when did the A, B, and C body designation begin with Chrysler?" I know My Hurst is a "C" body car but I have never heard my 300E referred to as such. As memory serves, sometime in the mid to late 60's a local dealer ;Tex Brotherton's Chrysler started using the ABC thing in their advertising:" A Brotherton car", "a better car", ect. It never occurred to me 'till I was writing this, that was probably connected to the A,B,C body thing. I know someone out there car shed light on this, right?
