Very interesting !!! August 21 1961 ?  It's one of the first 300 
according to the VIN 8223 100020 . When were introduced the 1962 
Chrysler ? 1961 September ?

below "B" and "N"  : group options ?

Seems that they is no evidence of an export car on the data plate. I 
remember that some earlier cars had a "SO/FO" (foreign order) number.
If you look closely at the master cylinder you'll find an odd glass 
bottle in place of the cap : it was mandatory by french laws: the brake 
fluid level must be visible without removing the cap.
