Gary, My G had what I believe to be dealer installed belts in the front only. I bought replacement belts from J.C Whitney due to the fact they looked almost identical to what I got with the car. I mounted these using the large washers that came with the kits. Also, on the rear seats, I mounted the belts under the seat bottom. So far, this seems to be o.k. I use the rear seat belts to mount the baby seat. Best regards, Richard Osborne Columbus, OH >>> "Gary Eidson" <paradise42@xxxxxxxxxxx> 03/04/05 8:55 AM >>> I understand that the the 61 did not have seat belts, even as an option. I would like to put in a pair of period correct belts. 1. Would 62's be the best and where to find? or Would a plain chrome handle airplane type be acceptable? 2. Is the best and only place to mount on the floor board using proper washers? Thanks for replys.
