The book features great original photography - not the photos we are used to
seeing. Of the 300's it features photo essays of a C300, a 300C convertible,
a 300C coupe, an F coupe and an F convertible - no B,D,E,G,H,J,K, or L. It
also has a large section of Forward Look Dodge D500's. But no DeSoto
Adventurers or Plymouth Furies (that I noticed in my skimming of the book).
Then there's a great section on late 60's PD muscle. But after covering the
anemic 1974 Roadrunner 318 and Dodge Hang Ten (yes), it skips to the Viper,
Prowler, SRT's, Magnums and 300C's. It also has a good muscle truck section
beginning with the Lil Red Truck. The biggest weakness of this HUGE book
covering 50 years, is that it totally ignores the FWD high performance turbo
Mopars of the 80's and early 90's - Omni GLH, Shelby GLHS, CSX, and Lancer,
Daytona Shelby and RT, and Spirit RT.
