Hi Steve, If you are using 1974 thru 1978 full-size spindles, then there should be no problems; the spindle should fit nicely into both ball joint studs, top and bottom. There is a VERY SMALL difference in the taper of the holes, top and bottom, where the ball joint studs fit; this means that you will have to use washers that are thinner than the fat original ones, in order to be able to get a cotter pin to fit thru the slots in the castle-nuts, and into the intended holes in the studs. If the spindles are not fitting onto the balljoint studs, then you have the wrong spindles.
