The service bulletin is #1028, Aug 30 '57 and really refers to work needed on both front and rear 300C carbs. True, as I understand it, these changes were made permanent in the 300D carbs. My 300D has (I think) 300C carbs. Long story. Anyway, the car has the hesitation that came standard with the 300C, and for which a Service Bulletin was issued by Chrysler. My question is this: Which carb (front or rear) did the service bulletin refer to, and does anyone have the number / date of that bulletin? Or better yet, a copy of the bulletin?
