Hello 300 folks! Has anyone engineered a fix, other than replacement, for the 44 year old plastic driven gear (the big one) in the gearbox of a power window motor for the 300G? I have several with a tiny crack in one of the spaces between the teeth that jams the worm drive once per revolution. Apparently the crack allows the teeth to spread just enough to jam the worm. How do you separate the plastic gear from the aluminum drive gear that mates to the window lift regulator without breaking it? Anybody figured this one out yet? Thanks for your help! dennis cloer 300G with 3 windows working [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm Yahoo!
