[Chrysler300] Generator polarizing

a day of electrical questions.  Trying to remember how to polarize the
generator.

With the engine running, a jump wire from the Positive (?) battery terminal
should be briefly touched to which(?) generator terminal?   

If there's no visible makings on the generator, is it the LARGER terminal --
or the smaller?

Many thanks. The C ragtop is now running & driving, but not charging.

Does anyone have,or know where I can get, the drivers power window switch
for a 300D? The condition of the bezel is not important since mine is good.
What I need are the electrical switch parts since my switch works
intermittantly at best. Thanks.
