RE: [Chrysler300] F on Ebay item number 4565782021



The last image is of the left rear inside trunk extension.

Curious though, I have yet to own or work on a mopar older than 1964 so I 
could be wrong here but I have never seen an original trunk extension 
without the virtical 'impressions' (for lack of a better word) stamped in 
the steel used to make the panels more rigid. To me, this car described as 
being originally a rust free car has had the extensions replaced with flat 
sheet metal. Were the early Chryslers built this way or did I pick up on 
something I have found all too common in the later "restorations"?
