The amp gauge needle on my 300G really does a dance, sometimes violently. Appears to be no consistent pattern, every once in awhile it stabilizes and acts normal. Replaced the voltage regulator, no effect. Had the alternator replaced about 6 mos. ago, had it checked and was told it is ok. Everything seems to work properly and the battery is getting a charge. There is a pulsing in the headlights and in the dash lights, barely noticeable. I know that a brand new voltage regulator can be just as bad as the one you replaced. Can you test the regulator? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Nathan Harris in now what is cooling off Los Angeles. ------------------------ Yahoo!
