[Chrysler300] Power seat motors - '65 300

The power seats in my '65 are still operating but do so very slowly. Can
anyone tell me what causes the motors to slow down and if there is an easy
fix? I'm going to take the bases apart for bead blasting and powder coating
while the new leather gets installed on the buckets and wondered if I should
do more than cleaning the tracks and working parts?
