Hi All;

You also need to keep in mind that they must be balanced. Hard to do without
the tool. John Lazenby sells this tool, I believe. It sits on top of the
carb and measures the air flow down the throat of the carb. You adjust until
both carbs read the same, by moving from one to the other and back, making
small adjustments as you go.

Jim:
   Those 2 large large brass looking (one on each carb) are used to set
the idle.  Remember that both carbs are used for idling on that cross
ram set up. I believe that this information is  in the special addendum
which is specific to the 300G. It is service bulletin No 61-10 and
issued on sept 29/1960.
