[Chrysler300] Carb Question 61 Chrysler 300G long ram

When I start the car there is a significant black residue on
driveway....more on the driver side than passenger side. Feels gummy. Would
guess it too be rich mixture?

Not sure to how to adjust as my 60 manual does not have cross ram
instructions.

Comments appreciated. Thanks for previous input on wheels and driveline.
