Doug Mayer sends this message in for all those with interest in the heater switch for AC cars. Note, for non AC cars, the switch is different, the vacuum pins are on the other side, and the wiring is different. Doug writes: +++++++++++ For the future of the world with AC Ls, let me report the wiring that did the trick for make el'fan work. First of all, the switch, correctly in its bracket has the vac hoses on the left side of the car, with the three row hose assembly down. (The four hose assembly is up.) There are five spade electrical connectors. The one on top, closest the vac hose assembly hosts the blue wire for the A/C. The one underneath it stays empty. The other three connectors are in a U shape on the right side of the car. The terminal furthest right hosts the black/white tracer Feed wire. The connector at the bottom of the U hosts the Brown wire, and the third connector (center of the switch) hosts the green wire. When the car is running, and buttons are pressed, the fan will blow at the correct speed that it is set for. ++++++++ For those with further questions, contact Doug at mobydoug@xxxxxxxxxx .
