Thank you to you Ray. My whole point was that I saw basically this same topic(and numerous posts this year on what time some car was going across the block) last year and some going obsessive that they were going to miss a few minutes of Barrett Jackson action where for very little money(a couple of tanks of premium in their SUV fuel tank), they would no longer have to lose sleep that they may miss some old 300 going across the block. You can take a mule to water, but you can't .....................! I suspect that many members learned and enjoyed more from this exchange on DVR's then they did from the 80th post(and I am certain that for some members this discussion was educational and of value) on the placement of casting numbers on the heads of 300H's or whatever. I made a brilliant insightful discovery one day when I was on the listsrv and seeing topics discussed endlessly that I had no interest in. I skip over them. Worked every time. Other topics of more interest to me, I will read every post carefully, and I also learn from many that I may of had only casual interest in. Your (and others) big complaint was that you wasted all day ( and a million commercials) waiting for 4 cars to go across the block..... which weren't seen! So it seems that the Tivo info is of use to some of us since we watch Speed and other Car related channels and shows. With it you can watch at leisure. I get Direct TV and this convinced me to add Tivo, thanks Roger! Just my thoughts.
