Technically, that is true but, if your car is waaaay below what it should bring and you buy it back, B/J will either let you run it across again or they will negotiate a fee with you somewhere between the 16% and your original 8%. That, of course, is the risk of a no reserve auction and, frankly, I would NEVER take that risk.
