My spreadsheet tells me they grossed $15,800,000 in commissions (on almost $99,000,000 in sales)!

  It's actually 16%, 8% from the seller and 8% "Premium" from the buyer. So, whatever you figured, double it.
  On the other hand, I'd like to have what it cost them to put the whole deal on! Just give me the tent cost, I'd be happy.

    Seems like B-J is the big winner in this. If they get 8% of all sales,
