Its not so bad. Just a fleshwound (or 2)...
On one hand, its good to see them this way, (unrestored+under cover+for
sale) as its the only way many of us can afford one to restore, AND its the
best way to use-up everybody's "extra" parts that waste away in attics and
sheds! This car's in Media and there's a guy in Phoenixville with other C
parts/frame/etc advertised a few months back.
Remember:
Primer is cool and very easy to touch-up,
Exhausts SHOULD be noisy,
Plumber's strap & L-bar holds gas tanks very well and
Surplus roadsigns make very strong floors!
