Hi Ron, Yes, the radiator is different (offset upper hose connection) and also has a shroud. Also the thermostat housing is different (angled) . To correctly change over a non-air car to air conditioning, I would strongly suggest buying a parts car that has factory air, with all of the a/c components intact. There are many, many underdash components that are different as well. There will be some chopping / cutting to be done to the firewall, unfortunately. For that reason alone, it is probably NOT a good idea to hack up your original letter car. Other than the obvious air compressor and brackets, dryer, condensor, idler pulley, crank and water pump pulleys, are the radiator and water pumps different? What do I need under the hood to install factory air? Upon looking closer at the suggested heated switch (part 03848654 ) I discovered, not only a serious problem in mounting the S shaped pushbuttons, but it also has one more button. Your assistance is appreciated. Ron ----- Original Message ----- From: "John J.
