Nice offer John!
I suggest that you check rules about using the space, in the event that 
this effort doesn't work. It used to be that if you (or someone) didn't 
actually use the space, even if you paid, you lost it. They don't want 
any unused spaces along the aisles, both for looks and/or the guys next 
door start to spill over and then there's a problem if you do show up 
late on Sat or something.

As long as someone is selling something, you're good.
